"Wedding Day Coordination” This package is perfect for couples who want to make sure their wedding day goes smoothly. It provides behind-the-scenes management for couples planning their own wedding. 
SERVICES INCLUDE: Two (2) planning meetings to go over all wedding details 4-6 weeks prior to wedding (vendor duties, time-line of activities, etc.) Manage & coordinate the rehearsal, ceremony, & reception Contact and confirm wedding details with all vendors including the time-line, determining their needs and providing direction
- Supervise all vendors
- Assist with set up and breakdown
- Assist with deliver of various items to wedding site (size, weight, location restrictions apply)
- Assist with decorating
Organize family & bridal party Ensure ring pillow, flower girl basket, corsages, boutonnieres, and bouquets are distributed to family & bridal party - Line up wedding processional and cue bridal party
Facilitate time-line: procession, introductions, dinner, dance, cake cutting, etc. Includes one coordinator and one assistant Up to two (2) hours of coordination on the rehearsal day Up to six (6) hours of coordination on the wedding day Keep Everything Organized!
*Starts 8 weeks prior to Wedding Day *Exact fees will be determined at the free one hour consultation meeting. There will be an additional charge for anything to be assembled or for any services provided that were not specified in the wedding package and/or contract.
