The best and most productive way to get started is to write down all your questions and concerns that you may have for us.  Please feel free to email or call us to discuss your needs.  Together, we will review your event plans, details and your vision.

How we work?
  • Initial conversation about the event/project.  Via face to face, email or phone.
  • EWE will send Client questionnaire about the event/project.
  • Next, a follow up discussion about the questionnaire.  Via phone or face to face.
  • EWE will provide a project estimate based on request of services.
  • Estimate Approval by Client & EWE.
  • Official contract will be submitted to Client.  To secure date and service, all events/projects require a signed contract and 25-50% deposit.  Final payments in 1-2 installments by check or money order. Deposit non-refundable.
  • EWE to begin providing services.
